Gourd Seeds - Nam Tao Klom - Hybrid.Lagenaria siceraria. 60-65 days to maturity. NonGMO. Warm season annual. This edible, high yielding gourd is also known as White-flowered gourd and Upo or Opo, It is a vigorous climbing hybrid producing round shaped fruit with light green skin and flesh. Fruit size is approximately 4 x 5" and can weigh up to 1 lb. Requires a long, warm growing season. Prepare fertile, well drained soil. Sow seeds in spring/early summer after last frost in a warm, sunny location. Hill planting: Form soil into a 1-ft. diameter mound 3-4' tall. Space mounds 4-6' apart. On each mound plant 1-2 seeds. Chinese Cabbage Seeds - Yuki - Hybrid. Non-GMO. Brassica rapa var pekinensis. 67 days. Cool season annual. Yuki is a medium maturing variety. It has good uniformity and large head size with tolerance to Black Speck, tipburn and intermediate resistance to some races of Clubroot. Moderate bolting tolerance. Nice green exterior color. This variety is bred for spring to early summer harvest in areas where bolting is a problem. It also grows well as a late summer to early winter crop where no frost occurs. Timing on spring and fall plantings should be trialed as changing (increasing or decreasing) daylength can be a trigger for bolting. Prepare fertile well drained soil. Keep soil moist. Squash Seeds - Japanese, Winter - Hokkori 133 - Hybrid. Non-GMO. Cucurbita maxima. 45-50 days after flowering. Warm season annual. This hybrid combines the best of Delica productivity and the nutty, dry texture of Hokkori. Slightly flattened, globe-shaped fruit have black-green skin and sweet orange-yellow flesh and weigh between 3.75 to 4 lbs. Very vigorous and early, it requires less fertilizer in the early stages of growth than other varieties. Stores well. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Brassica rapa Narinosa Group. Non-GMO. Red Tatsoi makes a lovely microgreen as well as a terrific full size cool season asian green. As a microgreen the cotyledons open green and change to a reddish purple on about day 4. It germinates quickly and is ready for harvest in 7 - 10 days. For the best color give cool temperatures. Outside in areas with a cool summer, plant in late spring in full sun. Red Tatsoi is a wonderful additional to the fall garden, overwintering in mild climates. Grow undercover for early spring harvests in cold winter areas.

Flowering Brassica is a fast growing green that can be harvested as Yu Choy (stem and leaf) or Yu Choy Sum, (stem, leaf and flower buds.) Cool season annual. This flowering purple stem choy sum, also known as kosaitai or hon tsai tai, is a popular Chinese specialty vegetable.
