Eggplant Seeds - E-Star - Hybrid. Non-GMO. Solanum melongena. 70-80 days to maturity. Warm season annual. E-Star is a Japanese round-shaped type eggplant with glossy, deep purple-black color with purple calyx. Fruit are 3-4 in diameter and weigh about 350-400 grams. The flesh is white and firm yet creamy when cooked. This is a medium early maturing variety. Plant are semi-upright and for open field growing. Start seeds inside 6 weeks before last frost date (or 8 weeks before expected transplanting date). Keep soil warm until emergence (80-90?F minimum). Mibuna Mustard Seeds. 41 Days. Brassica rapa var. japonica. Open Pollinated, Non-GMO. Similar mizuna greens, the mibuna mustard is a flavorful Japanese green strap leaf mustard with mild mustard flavor. Although very similar to mizuna plant, mibuna is differentiated by its smooth, pointed leaves rather than the sharp and serrated leaves of mizuna. Although not as tenacious as mizuna, the mibuna produces a slightly stronger and more complex culinary mustard profile. Mibuna greens are a hardy cool weather crop best sown direct 4-6 weeks before final frost date, or can be started indoors for transplanting.
