Basil-Anise is unique in that it has zesty basil flavors with sweet licorice-like flavors incorporated. Plants have dark green leaves with purple stems, and blossoms are a red-purple color, and become a light pink-purple color when they have fully flowered. Plants grow 18 inches tall. Sow seeds indoors in cooler climates, and outdoors after the final frost in climates with a warm spring. Plant seeds a quarter inch deep in well drained soil. These plants can help keep flies and other insects out of the garden. Using fertilizer can help promote growth. Leaves are ready for harvest after around 85 days, and can be picked off the plant, rinsed, and used in dishes. Their sweet unique taste makes a great addition to sauces, and can flavor meats and vegetables. They also make great pesto.

Cabbage Seeds - Pak Choi - Red Tatsoi - Hybrid. Non-GMO. Brassica rapa Chinensis group. 10-15 days microgreens; 20-30 days baby leaf; 45 days full maturity. Cool season annual. This vigorous hybrid has medium sized, spoon-shaped red-violet leaves and a mild, sweet mustard flavor. Harvest from baby leaves for salads to full maturity. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in spring after last frost to early summer or late summer/early fall. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Optimum growing temperatures are in the 60s?F.
