Spinach Seeds - Chinese - Green Arrow - Hybrid. Annual. Spinacea oleracea. Asian Type. Non GMO. Open pollinated. 40 to 60 days to maturity. Pointed Leaves in a dark green color. Slow bolting, cold and heat tolerant. Light pink root. Resistant to DM race 1-11, 14,15. Can be sowed in spring, summer and fall seasons. Spinach is a cool weather crop. Seeds prefer to germinate in cold weather. Optimal soil temperature for emergence is 10~18 ?C/50~65?F. It can be planted when soil is workable in spring. Higher soil temperature ( over 20?C/68?F) may result in sharp decrease in germination rate. Seeding in summer is not recommended. Spinach tends to bolt (seed-stalk development and flowering ) as day length, temperature and plant density increase. Water stress and inadequate nutrients increase bolting risk. Exposure of young plants to low temperature (4?C/40?F ) also increases the risk of bolting. Apx. 2500 seeds per ounce.
Chinese Mustard Seeds. Heirloom, Brassica juncea. 60-65 days to maturity. Cool season annual. NonGMO. This special selected Chinese mustard has a compact head with thick petioles and large wrapping leaves. Excellent mustard flavor. Mustard Seeds - Small Gai Choi. Heirloom, Non-GMO. Brassica juncea var capitata L. 35-45 days. Cool season annual. This is a very vigorous and productive heirloom Chinese mustard green that is a non-heading type. The medium green leaves are tender and have good flavor. The plant is tolerant of heat and may bolt in spring and cold weather. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in early/late spring or late summer/early fall in a sunny location. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Plant every 2 weeks for continuous harvest. The flavor is best when grown briskly so plant in fertile soil and keep well watered. Radish Seeds - Korean - Shin Dong Ha - Hybrid. Non-GMO. Raphanus sativus. 60 days. Warm to mild season annual. A fast growing Korean radish with a green shoulder and white flesh. The radish grows 9-10 long and weighs 2-3 lbs. The elongated oval-shaped roots are resistant to bacterial soft rot and store well. Grows in hot, dry areas and can be overwintered in warm areas. Slow to bolt. Shin Dong Ha is a good substitute for Big Time and is available in untreated seed. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in mid summer/early fall in a warm, sunny location. Cucumber Seeds - Asia Eun Cheon - Hybrid.Cucumis sativus. 55-60 days to maturity. NonGMO. Warm season annual. This Korean hybrid cucumber is early maturing and has good yields. Cucumbers have a green shoulder and goes to light green. Flavor is sweet and crisp. The fruits are best harvested at 7-9 long and weigh about a 1/2 lb. It has a monoecious flowering habit (plant produces both male and female flowers). Open field growing with vertical support is recommended. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in late spring/early summer after last frost in a warm, sunny location. Or start seeds indoors and transplant when weather warms. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. We thresh the grain for our chickens and add the stalks to the compost pile. This is THE crop for bee food. Honeybees just love buckwheat and it makes a highly sought after honey rarely found on the market anymore. You will notice that blossoms are more active in the morning when the plant produces more nectar. Remember never plant buckwheat 'til all danger of frost has passed. Don't worry though you will have blossoms in about six weeks and seeds a few weeks later. We normally plant several crops of buckwheat during the year. If you are trying to raise different varieties NEVER plant them at the same time as they cross very easily. Just raise one variety, harvest and then plant the next. No worries this is a quick crop. This mix with a kick" was developed for a Grand Canyon hiking trip and was such a hit we have decided to add it to our line, though we did consider selfishly keeping it all to ourselves. This mix contains clover, which is very similar to alfalfa but sheds it hull better, and enough radish and mustard to give the blend a nice "bite back" quality."

It has a moderate growth rate and an upright plant habit. Seaside has a nice, smooth, thick, very dark green, spade-shaped leaf making it a perfect choice for baby leaf growers. Seaside also has downy mildew resistance for growers who require a premium disease package. High resistance to Downy mildew, Peronospora farinosa f.sp. spinaciae 1-11, 15-16 and intermediate resistance 12, 14. Prefers mild and cool temperatures. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Pea Seeds - Sugar Snap - Taichung 13. Heirloom, Non-GMO. Pisum sativum. Alt names bola kadala, chicaro, Chinese pea, dau hoa lan, edible podded snow pea, ercis, ho lan dow, kacang manis, kacang pi, matter, saya endo, shid dou, sitsaro, snow pea, thua lantao, tian cui wan dou, tua lan tau, wandokong, wan dou. 70 days. Cool season annual. This early edible podded sugar pea has white flowers. The vines are vigorous and prolific, producing many pods that are round, plump, crispy, very sweet and of excellent quality. Prefers cool temperatures. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in early to late spring after last frost or sow seeds in fall 8-10 weeks before first frost date. Keep soil moist. Heavy watering during flowering can interfere with pollination. Train to climb a vertical support at least 6' tall. Fertilize as needed with a balanced fertilizer. Too much nitrogen will produce lush foliage and result in poor flowering and fruiting. Harvest when pods begin to swell. Eat these sugar peas fresh for a healthy snack or add them to a salad. You can also quickly stir-fry them. About 112 seeds/ounce.
Chrysanthemum Greens Seeds - Garland Round Leaf. Heirloom, Non-GMO. Glebionis coronaria. Also known as cai cui, chong ho, chop suey greens, chrysanthemum greens, crown daisy, edible chrysanthemum, garland chrysanthemum, guladaudi, gul chi ni, hao zi gan, kek wah, khee khwaai, kikuna, kor tongho, shi yong ju, shungiku, ssukgat, tang ho, tan o, thung ho, tong hao cai, tong ho, tong ho choy, tunghao, tung ho. 40-50 days. Cool season annual. This highly valued Japanese green is an edible chrysanthemum also known as shungiku. The large, medium green oblong leaves are less serrated and have a milder flavor than the serrated-leaf varieties. An easy to grow plant that can also be used for microgreens and baby greens. The closer to flowering, the more pungent the flavor becomes. Prefers mild and cool temperatures. Prepare fertile, well drained soil.
