A generous producer of about 20 long beans weighing about 40 grams. These beans are tender, string-less, and the bean's dark purple color turns black when cooked. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in late spring/ summer after last frost in a warm, sunny location. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Train to climb a vertical support. Harvest when pods are smooth and tender.
